Why This Role Matters As a CNA at Falcons Landing, you are at the heart of resident care. You provide essential support that enhances each resident’s comfort, independence, and quality of life. Your compassion and attention to detail help create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment where residents feel valued and cared for. What You Will Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility Monitor and support residents' physical and emotional well-being Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to personalized, person-centered care plans Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records What We Offer Competitive pay:$19.00 - $22.50 per hour (based on experience) $2.00 shift differential for night shift $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time hires Ongoing educational and professional development opportunities Career advancement within a respectful healthcare organization Supportive, team-oriented culture where your voice matters What You Need Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in Virginia Current CPRcertification Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or similar settings Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with PointClickCare or other EMR systems preferred Schedule 12-hour shifts: Day: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Night:7:00 PM - 7:30 PM Rotating weekends required Falcons Landing conducts pre-employment screenings during the hiring process. They secured financing, the perfect site, and commissioned the design and construction.
