We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical assistance for end users. This is a Contract position for a detail-oriented individual who can resolve everyday hardware, software, and account-related issues while delivering dependable customer support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Microsoft Windows environments, handling service desk requests, and troubleshooting desktop problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line technical support for desktop, laptop, and Windows-related issues reported by employees.
• Investigate and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring clear communication and accurate issue tracking.
• Support user account access and permissions within Active Directory, including routine maintenance and updates.
• Diagnose common hardware, software, and operating system problems and apply practical solutions to restore productivity.
• Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices and workplace technology as needed.
• Escalate more complex incidents when necessary while documenting troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
• Assist with Microsoft Windows 10 support tasks, including user guidance, configuration adjustments, and issue resolution.• Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a detail-focused IT environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for user account administration and access support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 troubleshooting in a business setting.
• Ability to perform basic technical diagnosis across hardware, software, and desktop systems.
• Experience managing and responding to service desk tickets with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support users in a clear and effective manner.
