Staffing Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | In Office Compensation: $23-$25/hour + Benefits About the Opportunity Our client is a growing, Medicare-certified home health agency dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. Their interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to ensure timely, compassionate, and high-quality care while maintaining the highest standards of service, communication, and clinical excellence. The organization is committed to positive patient outcomes through close coordination between office staff, clinicians, referral partners, and physicians. We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator with recent home health scheduling experience to support our Clearwater office. This role is critical to ensuring Registered Nurses and other clinicians are efficiently scheduled, patient visits are completed on time, and communication remains seamless across the care team. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for Registered Nurses and other field clinicians Assign patient visits while considering clinician territories, productivity, skill sets, and patient needs Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and new referrals promptly with clinical staff Work closely with the Clinical Manager, Intake, and Operations teams to ensure timely Start of Care and follow-up visits Monitor visit frequencies and ensure physician orders and care plans are followed Assist with coordinating schedules for admissions, resumption of care visits, recertifications, and routine skilled nursing visits Respond to scheduling conflicts and last-minute staffing needs with urgency and professionalism Maintain accurate scheduling documentation within the agency's EMR system Collaborate with clinicians to maximize productivity while maintaining quality patient care Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources regarding scheduling needs Support office operations while helping ensure compliance with Medicare and agency scheduling requirements Qualifications Required: Recent experience scheduling Registered Nurses in a Medicare-certified home health agency Previous experience using a home health EMR system such as HCHB, Axxess, WellSky/Kinnser, MatrixCare, or similar Strong understanding of home health workflows, including Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, and routine skilled nursing visits Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams Preferred Qualifications Experience scheduling multiple disciplines, including Nursing, Therapy, and Home Health Aides Knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and visit frequency requirements Familiarity with geographic routing and clinician territory management Experience working in a high-volume home health office $23-$25 per hour Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding home health organization focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and compassionate care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
