Lead Program Manager

Leading go-to-market programs, the full-time Lead Program Manager will design and manage end-to-end initiatives that enhance client experience, drive revenue growth, and ensure retention, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and manage comprehensive programs, including timelines and cross-functional dependencies Collaborate with various departments to protect client experience and coordinate action plans for value at-risk Prepare executive-level reporting and facilitate cross-functional sessions to drive collaboration on go-to-market initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience 8+ years of program or project management experience in go-to-market, client success, or revenue operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action plans Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and program management tools like Asana and Smartsheet
