Position: Data Analysis Lead

Location: Morristown NJ

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite/week

Job Description:

• We are seeking a experienced business analytics leader to drive strategic data initiatives in the commercial Life Sciences domain, with a focus on Commercial Data interpretation, commercial pharma data analysis, and dashboard design.
• The ideal candidate must have experience in pharma sales operations data as relevant in the market, ability to work with cross-functional teams and can "figure out" mindset.
• Knowledge of data in systems including SAP, CRM, Model N, and Ecommerce platforms is nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Delivery
• Design and implement scalable, compliant data analysis solutions for commercialization of pharmaceutical drugs.
• Lead end-to-end data analysis by querying data, interpreting it, massaging and transforming it and creating insights on charts to represent it for a business audience.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align approach with strategic goals.
• Business Intelligence
• Lead BI initiatives like KPI harmonization, dashboard design and wireframe creation.
• Data Experience Required
• Candidate must have knowledge of/ working experience with data from one or more of the following software or data vendors:
• SAP (Core, CRM)
• CRM
• Warehouse Systems
• Contracting
• IQVIA
• Integrichain
• Viztex

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales analytics or sales operations with a strong focus on data and analytics.
• Proven expertise in interpreting data analysis, BI dashboards implementation, and data warehousing
• Strong communication, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of database structures
• Ability to write complex sql queries to pull data

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in statistics, data analytics, MBA, Masters in Statistics, Masters in Data Science or equivalent
