ICU/CCU Registered Nurse

This is a nights/rotating shift position requiring 80 hours of work every 2 weeks, with no exceptions.

The ICU/CCU Registered Nurse will coordinate and provide specialized care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the ICU/CCU. The unit handles surgical patients and those with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions necessitating intensive care services.

Deliver individualized age-appropriate care to patients in the ICU/CCU.

Manage a patient ratio of 1:2, adjusting for acuity levels.

Collaborate with a second nurse when managing a patient on a ventilator.

Assist in PACU recovery and provide support in the emergency room, OB, and medical-surgical units as needed.

Complete orientation and competency requirements for the unit.

Current RN license.

Experience in an ICU or CCU setting strongly preferred.

Emergency room experience is recommended.
