Asset Management Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Asset Management Technician to join their team onsite in Plano, TX and provide end-user support. Duties and Responsibilities Manage inventory room while registering newly received printers, monitors, accessories with asset tags into the system Manage printer servers and IP addresses for printers Process defective printers and monitors repairs through a repair service vendor Disposal of aged printers / monitors/ accessories through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the client database Provide phone and email user support Deployment andretrieval of printers, monitors, accessories to users onsite/remote office Provide support for and maintenance of printers and monitors Skills and Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables Experience using ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc. to track and monitor assets Good communication and customer support skills Must be organized / detail-oriented Wage Range The rate for this position is between $20.25 - $27.00 per hour , unlesslocal minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
