The BMW Service Advisor at Bill Pearce Motors will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their BMW vehicles. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional customer service and increase service sales through effective communication and sales techniques. This is a commission-only sales position in the auto industry, requiring strong sales skills and knowledge of BMW vehicles.

Compensation for this Full-Time BMW Service Advisor position is commission-based with potential earnings between $6,000 to $11,000 per month, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide a positive first impression of the dealership
• Listen and understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests
• Educate customers on service and maintenance plans for their BMW vehicles
• Suggest and sell additional services based on customer needs
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of service requests
• Keep updated on BMW vehicle knowledge and industry trends
• Utilize sales techniques to increase service sales and meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and service history
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals
• Knowledge and passion for BMW vehicles
• Basic knowledge of automotive service and maintenance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
