We?re seeking an experienced Pediatrician to join a supportive, close-knit team at a busy practice in Maine. This position replaces a retiring physician and includes a flexible month-to-month transition period until your start. What You?ll Get Salary: $275,000 base Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 Housing Allowance: $25,000 Student Loan Reimbursement: Available CME: $5,000 per year + one week off PTO: 5 weeks per year, plus holidays and one week of sick leave Call: One in two schedule for births; most call can be managed from home EMR: Cerner About the Role Work alongside one established pediatrician and experienced mid-level providers. Collaborative, team-oriented environment with manageable patient volumes. Attend scheduled C-sections and provide follow-up care within 24 hours. Opportunity for moonlighting if desired.
