Do you thrive on solving tough problems? Are PLC-driven systems, hydraulic circuits, and 480V panels part of your comfort zone? If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in safe, precise execution, this opportunity could be your ideal next step.
What problems will you solve?- How do we keep production machinery, material handling equipment, and facility systems online? By performing fast, accurate mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- How do we avoid emergencies? By executing preventive and predictive maintenance that reduces unplanned downtime.
- How do we fix the root cause? By diagnosing hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, PLC-driven equipment, and automation components—then correcting for long-term reliability.
- How does everyone stay informed? By completing work orders, documenting repairs, and communicating clear status updates to supervisors.
- How do we reduce guesswork? By reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals.
- How do we scale and improve? By supporting new equipment installs, machine changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- How do we protect people and assets? By following safety procedures and strict lockout/tagout protocols.
