Rehabilitation Hospital

Rehabilitation Hospital is one of the nation's foremost facilities for medical rehabilitation and research. Specializing in traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, medically complex and pediatric rehabilitation, Madonna offers hope and healing to thousands of patients from throughout the country each year.

Those assigned to Support will work between Acute Rehab and MRSH departments.

Acute Rehab is located on the first floor and consists of the following units:

• A1: (15 beds) - Spinal Cord injuries
• A2: (15 beds) - Brain injuries
• A3: Not used currently
• A4: (20 beds) - Stroke and overflow patients

All units in Acute Rehab have the same ratios and are each staffed with a Case Manager, Social Worker, Hospitalist, and Charge Nurse. Patients in these units receive 3+ hours of therapy each day.
