Registered Nurse - Long Term Acute Care (RN/LTAC)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Monitor vital signs and respond to patient changes in condition.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Assist with specialized procedures and manage advanced medical equipment as needed.Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry.Experience in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) preferred.Proficient in using electronic health records, specifically Epic.Certifications required: ACLS and BLS.Strong skills in patient monitoring, medication administration, and critical care management.Working ConditionsNight shift – 12-hour shifts with weekend requirements.Floating between similar units may be required based on staffing needs.Opportunity for block scheduling where applicable.Successful applicants must demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare setting.
