This is an opportunity for a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist seeking a balanced schedule, strong team support, and future ownership potential. Practice Overview You’ll join a team of fellowship-trained pediatric ENT physicians supported by NPs, PAs, and dedicated audiology staff Broad case mix including airway disorders, sinus disease, hearing concerns, and complex head & neck conditions Blocked OR time allows for efficient, predictable surgical days Opportunity for ASC ownership and future partnership Schedule Option for a 4.5-day or 5-day workweek, depending on your preference Balanced schedule with ~2 clinic days and 2-3 OR days weekly Consistent volume with efficient clinic flow and strong procedural mix Light call structure with one weekend per month and mostly phone-based coverage Compensation & Benefits Generous base salary with uncapped bonus potential Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available 25 days PTO, 9 holidays, and 5 CME days Full benefits package including retirement contributions and profit-sharing opportunities Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology Fellowship training in Pediatric ENT required or strongly preferred Comfortable managing both routine and complex pediatric ENT cases Interest in contributing to program growth or subspecialty development Community & Location Highlights Practice across desirable suburbs within the Atlanta metro area Family-friendly communities with strong schools and diverse housing options Access to dining, entertainment, outdoor recreation, and major sports Easy travel with proximity to one of the busiest international airports in the U.S. If you're open to learning more, I'd be happy to share additional details and next steps! #J-18808-Ljbffr
