BOOST Health Tech, a division of Advanced Rehab Management Services, is looking for a creative, versatile Marketing Content Designer who is equally comfortable designing compelling visuals and writing engaging marketing content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life - from concept to execution - and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. You'll create digital and print marketing materials, write persuasive content, support marketing campaigns, and help maintain a consistent brand across every customer touchpoint. What You'll Do

• Design professional marketing materials for digital and print, including email campaigns, website graphics, social media content, brochures, presentations, sales collateral, trade show materials, and advertisements.
• Write clear, compelling marketing content for emails, landing pages, websites, social media, digital ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across all marketing channels.
• Edit and optimize existing content for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
• Prepare files for both digital distribution and print production.
• Build and update email campaigns and marketing assets within Salesforce.
• Assist with website updates and content management.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop. Experience with Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative services.
• Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating both design and marketing work.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, email, social media, websites, and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
