Install residential HVAC systems in new construction projects Fabricate and install ductwork systems Read blueprints and installation specifications Test and inspect installed systems for functionality and safety Troubleshoot installation‑related issues when needed Maintain organized and clean job sites Complete installation documentation accurately Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, and homeowners Follow safety standards and local building codes What We're Looking For 1+ years of HVAC installation experience Experience working with hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work both independently and with a team Ability to handle physical demands of the position Why This Role Stands Out This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to continue building their HVAC career in a company that values development and promotes from within.
