Security Dispatcher / Scheduler

Security DispatcherResponsibilities:Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls from current and prospect customers, current employees and from the public.Gather and record accurate information from callers by telephone, email and two way radio communication.Dispatch appropriate personnel or resources to incidents or service requests to include police, fire and supervisors.Monitor and track the status of ongoing incidents or service requests.Coordinate communication between field units, supervisors, customers and other entities.Provide clear and concise instructions to callers or field units as needed.Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken.Follow established protocols and procedures for handling different types of incidents.Experience:Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficient in using computer systems, two way radio and dispatch software.Knowledge of conflict management techniques.Experience in report writing and documentation.Familiarity with loss prevention strategies.- Must have AZ Guard CardWe offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
