Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, food service, and sanitation in accordance with dietary standards and regulations
Maintain accurate records of food inventory, meal production, and resident diet orders
Monitor and manage food temperatures, ensuring the quality and safety of our culinary services
Collaborate with our dietary team to develop and implement meal plans that cater to individualized resident needs
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
