Samsung Field Sales Manager

Job Summary We are hiring a full‑time Retail Field Sales Manager based in Boise, ID, for Samsung Electronics America. The Manager will drive brand awareness through merchandising excellence, provide product training, and improve the shopper purchase journey across multiple retail channels. Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador, fostering Samsung’s image through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement. Develop and maintain a structured schedule for optimal store visit productivity across multiple channel locations. Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies. Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance coverage of assigned territories. Demonstrate all Samsung mobile products and their ecosystem to customers, showcasing key features and benefits. Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, guaranteeing strict adherence to brand standards and visual presentation requirements. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung products. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive unit sell‑out through planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives and collaborate on mutual goals. Drive field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training, demonstrations, retail concepts, and merchandising. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage. Must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems. Strong self‑motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently without daily supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
