What You'll Be Doing As our Estimator, you'll be the financial architect behind successful projects, helping transform concepts into executable plans while ensuring every dollar is accounted for with confidence and accuracy. Your Day May Include: Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial, civil, industrial, or multifamily construction projects Reviewing plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents Performing quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids Collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction teams Identifying potential project risks and opportunities before construction begins Assisting in budgeting, value engineering, and scope development Maintaining historical cost databases and market pricing information Participating in bid reviews and project handoff meetings Supporting business development efforts through accurate and competitive proposals What Makes You a Great Fit You thrive in fast-paced environments where details matter and deadlines keep things exciting. Qualifications: 3+ years of estimating experience in construction Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing Experience with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with estimating software and industry technology Experience using tools such as Bluebeam, OST, Sage Estimating, Procore, or similar platforms Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why You'll Love It Here This isn't a place where estimators sit quietly behind a desk pushing numbers around all day.
