Director of Account Management

Seeking a full-time remote Director of Account Management who will implement and manage National accounts, develop collaborative business partnerships with customers, and ensure high customer service across multiple product lines. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary communication contact for assigned accounts, providing thorough account services and acting as a liaison for internal and external communications Build lasting relationships with clients at various organizational levels and collaborate on projects to support customer maintenance and performance tracking Analyze client requirements, update protocols, and collaborate with the Analytics team to develop reporting metrics reflecting program performance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution Three to five years of customer service/account management experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare Strong working knowledge of the workers' compensation industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Ability to develop and foster relationships with external clients and partners
