Overview:

We are currently hiring for one open position and welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates to apply. Our clinic serves a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. You'll be supported by trained technicians (aides), with a manageable patient ratio of 2 per hour, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based techniques in physical therapy

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
