Lead in Training – 2nd Shift Inbound

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Inbound / Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a Lead in Training who is ready to take the next step in their warehouse career and demonstrate their ability to lead a team.

This position is designed for someone with strong warehouse and leadership experience who can remain calm under pressure, effectively solve problems, and earn the trust and respect of their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to prove themselves and grow into the Lead position for the 2nd Shift Inbound department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with leading and coordinating 2nd Shift Inbound operations
• Help direct daily workflow and ensure productivity goals are met
• Monitor employees and provide guidance and support when needed
• Assist with receiving, unloading, staging, and processing inbound freight
• Identify problems and find practical solutions while remaining calm and professional
• Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management
• Help maintain accurate inventory and production information
• Use computer systems to enter, retrieve, and track information
• Monitor attendance, performance, and work assignments as directed
• Help train and coach team members on proper procedures and expectations
• Promote a safe, productive, and respectful work environment
• Address issues fairly and consistently
• Step in and assist with warehouse operations when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse experience – Required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience – Required
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to give direction while maintaining a positive working relationship with employees
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to make sound decisions and take initiative
