Licensed PsychologistGoldbelt is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide cognitive performance, resilience, behavioral health consultation, and performance optimization support to special tactics personnel.Essential Job FunctionsConduct psychological assessments.Deliver performance psychology and resilience training.Provide cognitive performance coaching.Support stress management and recovery.Participate in multidisciplinary case management.Maintain confidential clinical documentation.Assist with program reporting and performance metrics.Necessary Skills and KnowledgePsychological assessmentCognitive performance coachingPerformance enhancement techniquesResilience trainingStress management interventionsClinical interviewingBehavioral health consultationCrisis interventionDocumentation and recordkeepingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsClinical psychology principlesPerformance psychologyCognitive behavioral techniquesHuman performance optimizationTrauma-informed careBehavioral health best practicesMilitary culture and operational stress (preferred)Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) concepts (preferred)HIPAA and patient confidentialityMinimum QualificationsDoctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology.Current unrestricted psychologist license.Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.Experience working with adult populations.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.Occasional travel may be required in support of military training events, exercises, annual training, meetings, or other mission requirements.Must be willing and able to travel as required in support of the contract.Preferred QualificationsMilitary or tactical psychology experience.Performance psychology certification or experience.Familiarity with preservation of the force and family (POTFF).Experience supporting special operations or high-performance organizations.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
