This accelerated development program prepares you for the Assistant General Manager role, providing daily operational experience, data‑driven decision making, leadership coaching, staffing support, and basic mechanical skills. Responsibilities Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening and closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining smooth site flow. Analyze performance data and make decisions that drive results. Develop team skills through coaching, performance management, and staff development. Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations. Acquire basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet customer expectations. Prepare to step into the Assistant General Manager role and ultimately lead your own location as a General Manager. Qualifications At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, supervising shifts or managing people in a customer‑facing environment. Experience in high‑volume retail or service operations with a focus on consistent, high‑quality customer experiences. Strong initiative, leading by example, and modeling core values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability. Excellent coaching and development abilities, giving clear feedback and building confidence. Exceptional organization and focus in fast‑moving environments with competing priorities. Positive demeanor with people, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
