Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settingsImplement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programsCollect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goalsMaintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staffSupport positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategiesQualificationsRequiredActive RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training courseHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience working with children of varying ages and abilitiesPreferredTRICARE certificationCPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)About The TreetopThe Treetop provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy services for children ages 2–18 in home, clinic, and community settings.
