Pay: Up to $100,000 per year

Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 (retention‑based)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems

• Provide high‑quality customer service

• Maintain accurate job notes and system documentation

• Train and mentor junior techs (leadership pathway)

• Represent JT Services with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC experience (required)

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Customer‑focused, dependable, and able to work independently

• Ready to step into a future lead role
