This position has an emphasis on engaging high-risk youth assigned to the home in overcoming obstacles that contribute to placement instability.Essential Duties:Implement house rules for residents, including individual behavior management plans.Ensure all incidents, injuries, and/or events are reported to the appropriate parties and in a timely manner.Participate in all required house and organizational meetings.Provide feedback on residents’ behaviors, needs, and progress on outcomes established in the Individual Service Plan.Thoroughly reviewing youth records and placement needs to ensure all available supports are requested and received prior to youth supervision.Complete assigned shift duties and responsibilities.Complete all required trainings.Other Duties As neededSchedule: Friday - Monday 10pm-8:30amMinimum Qualifications:Education:A High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field preferred.Experience:At least one (1) year of experience working with at-risk childrenLicensure, Certification, and/or Registration:Valid driver’s license.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
