Business Operations AssociateThe Business Operations Associate supports key operational functions for Catholic Health Home Care. This role ensures efficient, accurate execution of daily operations including interdepartmental coordination, customer service, data processing, documentation management, and revenue cycle support. The Associate is instrumental in real-time issue resolution, communication across clinical and administrative teams, and the overall improvement of workflows and service delivery.General Responsibilities:Fosters a team environment of exceptional customer service and collaboration, accountability, participation, cooperation, teamwork, and professional growthMaintains productivity to achieve metrics, per department protocols, as assignedSupports smooth daily operations across departments and partner affiliatesResponds to real-time issues and service escalations; triages phone calls, messages, and grievances appropriatelyPerforms accurate data entry, documentation processing, and quality reviews within EMRs and business systemsTracks, follows up, and escalates documentation deficiencies (e.g., missing physician orders or clinical notes)Coordinates with clinicians, physicians, vendors, and CH affiliates to support care delivery and complianceSupports revenue cycle operations, including documentation reconciliation and invoice processingMaintains medical supply and durable medical equipment (DME) workflows, including inventory and vendor relationsAssists with reporting and data analytics; contributes to process improvement initiativesServes as a central point of contact for clinical teams, referral sources, and patient/family inquiriesEnsures confidentiality and compliance in all patient and operational data handlingFosters a culture of service, accountability, and teamworkQualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of experience and education)Prior experience in operations, healthcare, or customer service preferredExperience with EMRs, data analysis, or revenue-cycle workflows a plusSkills & Abilities:Strong organizational and time management skillsEffective communicator with professional verbal and written skillsProactive problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and perform moderate physical activity when neededPosted Salary Range: USD $27.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.At Catholic Health your well-being comes first, with comprehensive compensation and benefits; our offerings go beyond the basics.
