Ellie Mental Health is growing in Tennessee, and our Nashville West team is looking for a Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or Therapist (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) with knowledge and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) .

???? Who We’re Looking For

We’re hoping to find a clinician who is:

• Fully licensed in Tennessee
• Experienced or knowledgeable in DBT
• Comfortable working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
• Experienced with or interested in couples, families, trauma, substance use, and/or school-based services
• Familiar with therapy documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels
• Authentic, collaborative, creative, and comfortable being yourself

???? What You’ll Do

Your clinical expertise will be the star of the show. You’ll:

• Complete mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide quality, trauma-informed care
• Use DBT and other creative interventions to support client goals
• Complete timely case notes, treatment plan reviews, and required documentation
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, schools, employers, medical professionals, and other providers
• Collaborate with the clinical team
• Participate in staff meetings, consultation, and ongoing training
• Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time positions

*Our Clinical Licensure Supervision Program has supervisors for folks seeking licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT. This is based on staff availability and we cannot guarantee that a supervisor match will be immediately available. We encourage license seeking clinicians to have one supervisor at Ellie and one outside to help enhance their learning experience, have additional perspective, and utilize the full range of cultural and clinical experiences provided by multiple clinical licensure supervisors.
