Responsibilities: Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing home environment Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily activities Provide light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry and tidying play areas Requirements: Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny services preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with children Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families About Us: Havenova Home Care Solutions is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to improving the quality of life for families in the Greenwich, CT area.
