Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Penn Yan, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical information, and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and complete electronic health records.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing critical care as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current professional experience as a Registered Nurse.
