HiFyve is hiring Finishers for a manufacturing facility!

Salary and Shift Options:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM $19.25/hr

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM $20/hr

Weekends as needed.

Location: Luxemburg, WI 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Prepare finished products for shipment.

Grind plastic materials for recycling back into the production process.

Mix raw materials to ensure proper color and material consistency.

Work directly with Line Operators to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Operate a forklift to move finished pallets and materials.

Support production operations by ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Assist with material handling and production support as needed.

Perform additional production and finishing duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Forklift experience is preferred.

Basic English communication skills required.

Ability to work assigned shifts and weekends as needed.

Ability to work overtime based on production requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Ability to inspect products and identify quality concerns.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to safely operate a forklift and material handling equipment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.

Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Ability to prioritize tasks and support production needs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.

Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.

Ability to safely operate a forklift and production equipment.

Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, and continuous production activity.

Ability to safely handle finished products, raw materials, and recycled materials.

Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
