Sales Associate - Spencer's Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 – $16.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support the Store Management Team by generating sales. Conduct housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and procedures. Climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Qualifications Minimum age 17.
