Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Internal Medicine

Job Title : Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine).
Location: Alexandria, VA
Schedule : Full-Time, 4–4.5 Days per Week (Plus Optional Saturday Rotations)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our distinguished private practice with a legacy of service in Northern Virginia spanning over five decades. Led by a board certified Family Medicine physician and Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine "Top Doctor" award winner, our practice combines the stability of an established community fixture with the innovative, patient-centered approach of a modern medical group. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and collaboration.

• Adult-Focused Clinical Scope : Manage a full scope of chronic and acute care for a diverse adult patient panel (18+). Our clinical environment is proactive and comprehensive, offering specialized services such as allergy testing, abdominal and thyroid ultrasounds, and nutritional consults.
• Stable & Tenured Collaborative Environment : Work alongside a highly supportive team of clinicians, including a Primary Care physician, an Endocrinologist, experienced advanced practitioners, and a dedicated 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio. Our staff boasts incredible longevity—including team members with 15+ years at the practice—ensuring a smooth, well-oiled operational workflow that allows you to focus on your patients.
• Modern & Efficient Patient Management : We prioritize quality of care over high-volume quotas. Once fully ramped, you will have a manageable patient volume with generous 40-minute slots for new patients and 20-minute slots for follow-ups. Our location within the INOVA Healthplex provides a professional, sophisticated setting with easy access to specialized medical resources.
• Flexible & Balanced Schedule: We understand the importance of professional longevity and work-life balance, offering a flexible 4 to 4.5-day work week. To meet the needs of our growing community, we offer the opportunity for 1–2 half-day Saturday shifts (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) per month (optional), providing both scheduling flexibility and increased earning potential.
