Our client, a leading distribution and logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker , you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Worker Location: Miramar, FL Pay Range: 7:30am to 4:00pm (Summer overtime is 5:00am to 5:00pm) Shift: $15.00 What’s the Job? Pack and wrap products and pallets with high quality standards Understand and implement standard 5S principles to maintain organization Maintain a safe working environment for all team members Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs Collaborate in unloading arriving containers and verify product specifications (Dimensions/SKUs/Labels/Lots) What’s Needed? Ability to operate sit‑down lift trucks safely and efficiently (Certification required or ability to obtain) Basic problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Basic math skills with attention to counting accuracy and consistency Strong work ethic with a focus on detail orientation Ability to read, write, and speak basic English; Spanish skills are preferred What’s in it for me?
