With excellent funding and a solid client foundation, we are exploding with talent and a positive future.You will have the ability to be a stock owner and drive this organization towards the essence of innovation.Below you will find a detailed job description:Senior Software EngineerBuild web-based applications, user interfaces and backend software that automates business processesAnalyze work flow to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation engineeringDesign, implement, test, and launch internal toolsMaintain existing tools as well as infrastructureDevelop internal database expertise and manage data pullsIdeal candidate:Understands the end user and can create simple, elegant solutionsLoves to learn and develop new skills continuouslyAlways understands why something needs to be built not just what needs to be builtHas a strong sense of ownership in every application he/she buildsRequirements:BA/BS degree preferred in Computer Science or related major with a strong academic recordFluency in Java and J2EEExperience with UNIX, preferably LinuxExperience with building and maintaining applications using MVC frameworks is strongly desiredExperience with Open Source toolsExperience in Compliance, Payments and Mobile Apps a plusExperience in Amazon Web Services a plus, but not requiredTack-sharp analytical abilitiesPlease respond with your interest.
