Seasonal Marketing Assistant - Crest on University

The Seasonal Marketing Assistant supports the marketing efforts of the community to target markets including prospective residents and parents. The role is vital to the implementation of off-site marketing in conjunction with all other marketing efforts and helps to create and maintain a favorable image of the community to achieve property leasing objectives while creating a vibrant living environment to maintain high occupancy and retention rates. Job Responsibilities: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED) Assist in the implementation of on and off-site marketing efforts including but not limited to: on-campus marketing, orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, property events, and general marketing within the community. Assist with the implementation of renewal marketing campaigns and renewal events. Assist in the creation of social media content and assist with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model rooms, and completing any required prospect follow-up in a timely and accurate manner. Fully and accurately complete a guest card for each prospective resident contact, whether by phone or in person, and enter into leasing system. Support the team with data entry, tracking leads, follow-up, and tenant applications. Answer leasing phone calls and process online inquiries. Distribute approved materials and messages to target market(s) as assigned. Assists in keeping the community clean by surveying common areas regularly for cleanliness, appearance, and working order. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements. Attend and constructively contribute to required staff meetings and any other special meetings. Exhibit a welcoming and professional attitude at all times when representing the community and interacting with employees, vendors, prospective and current residents and parents, etc. Provide general administrative support to the leasing and marketing teams as needed. This is a Seasonal, Temporary role. This a seasonal role for the anticipated to end 4/30/2027, but time may be adjusted based on business need.
