Job Title

RN - LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 hours per week | Rotating Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Support and educate postpartum patients on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Postpartum nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a combined LDRP setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment
