Utility Laborer (Site Prep & Utility Spotter)
- Job Type: Full-time | Entry-Level to Experienced
- Role Overview: Seeking reliable laborers to handle site preparation, utility potholing/spotting, and general support for our directional drilling crews.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Pothole and hand-dig to visually locate and expose existing underground utilities before drilling.
- Assist with job site setup, traffic safety control, material handling, and mixing drill fluids.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with site restoration after installations are complete.
- Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outdoor construction or underground utility work preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Safety-first mindset and valid drivers license. (Class A CDL preferred)
