Clinical Role

Join an established anesthesia team in Denison, Texas, providing anesthesia services within a hospital-based practice. This ongoing locums opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week while caring for a diverse surgical patient population. Providers will work within a supervised model with the ability to perform their own regional blocks.

Provider must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays.

Monday-Friday availability

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

Practice Setting:

Hospital

Anesthesia Model:

Supervision model with ability to perform independent regional blocks

Case Mix:

• General Surgery
• Neurology/Neurosurgery
• ENT
• Urology
• Orthopedics
• Cath Lab (Level III)

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical patients
• Perform preoperative anesthesia evaluations
• Administer general and regional anesthesia
• Perform independent nerve blocks as appropriate
• Manage intraoperative patient care
• Provide postoperative anesthesia management
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification - Required
• Active Texas Medical License - Required
• BLS Certification - Required
