Internal Communications Specialist

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to plan, write, and deliver clear, engaging messages that connect employees to our strategy, culture, and community mission. In this role, you will develop internal campaigns, newsletters, intranet content, and leadership communications that support relationship banking, integrity, and collaboration. You will partner with HR, leadership, and business lines to align messaging, manage change communications, track engagement, and continuously improve channels across our growing finance and insurance organization.
