Product Manager As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving the growth and success of assigned product lines by defining strategy, guiding development, and delivering market-driven solutions. This role is responsible for translating customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into actionable product plans that support long-term performance and competitive positioning. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing optimization-ensuring products deliver value to customers and align with business goals. POSITION LOCATION: Toledo World Headquarters or Tampa, FL (hybrid; up to 25% travel) What You Will Be Doing Define product strategy and roadmap by gathering market insights, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to guide product evolution. Lead product lifecycle management, including business case development, product definition, launch planning, and ongoing performance optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align product strategy with business priorities and customer needs. Translate customer feedback and performance data into actionable product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor market trends, regulatory environments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Develop and communicate value propositions that clearly articulate product benefits and differentiate offerings in the marketplace. Support product launch and commercialization efforts, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and guide decision-making. Lead through ambiguity by applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex business challenges. Build alignment across stakeholders by effectively communicating recommendations, influencing decisions, and driving execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field supporting product strategy, development, or commercialization. Demonstrated ability to analyze market, customer, and financial data to inform decisions and build business cases. Experience working cross-functionally to align teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences. Experience applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex or ambiguous situations. Working knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing products in competitive or evolving markets. Familiarity with market research, segmentation, and customer strategy development. Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives. Exposure to data analysis tools or systems used to track product performance.
