As we continue extend our operations in the Metro Atlanta area and beyond, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Resurfacing Technician to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Resurfacing Technician to perform surface refinishing services for residential and commercial clients. The Resurfacing Technician will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and completing refinishing projects to restore the appearance of bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites to perform surface refinishing work
• Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are in place during refinishing projects
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
• Represent the Miracle Method brand professionally on every job

Requirements:

• Previous experience in surface refinishing or related field preferred but we will train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working with chemicals and spray equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
