Registered Nurse (Rn)- Medical Nursing Unit

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit Shift: Full/Part Time. Location: Aurora Medical Center, Bay Area – 3003 University Dr. Employer: Advocate Health. Benefits Base compensation within the position's pay range based on qualifications, experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift, on‑call, and additional based on role. Responsibilities Collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence‑based care. Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans. Coordinate discharge planning and patient education. Qualifications Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; new graduates welcome to apply. Maintain annual educational requirements for hospital‑based certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
