Assistant, QA Document Control | Fort Dodge, IA A well-established animal health manufacturing company is looking for a Document Control Assistant to support site-wide quality and compliance operations on first shift. Key Responsibilities Issue controlled records for production and review for Good Documentation Practices compliance Maintain and operate the site Electronic Document Management System Ensure documents are stored, traceable, and retrievable per approved retention policy Support SOP formatting and compliance with site documentation standards Participate in deviation and change control processes Assist with regulatory inspection readiness and day-to-day quality operations Qualifications High school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 3 years Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with computer systems; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a plus Experience in an FDA or USDA regulated environment preferred Familiarity with document retention programs or EDMS platforms a plus If you have a background in document control, records management, or quality operations in a regulated manufacturing setting, I'd like to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
