Systems Integration Service Technician

Job Summary The DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Technician/Installer in Tucson, AZ. The individual will be responsible for the installation, testing and troubleshooting of commercial electronic security systems such as access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, ID badge, intercom, emergency phone and parking/turnstile systems from start to finish, and will interact with customers, vendors and contractors. Job Responsibilities Install access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone and parking revenue systems. Interact with customers, vendors and other contractors on-site to coordinate successful installations. Drive to job sites as instructed by management, assess installation or repair needs and complete the repair to the customer’s satisfaction. Seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales and preventative maintenance contracts; acquire knowledge of all products. Maintain a safe working environment; clean the job site of debris after completion. Complete job tickets and timesheets so that all tickets are processed in a timely manner and timesheets reach payroll before cutoff. Collect CODs when applicable; call management if a problem occurs with collections or scope-of-work changes. Maintain inventory on the truck and understand all parts, part numbers and descriptions. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements 2–4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities (preferred). High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Strong troubleshooting skills. Electro‑mechanical aptitude. Understanding of relay logic. Basic networking skills.
