This General Application with Pre-Interview questions is the first step in our hiring process. Using this General Application (with Pre-Interview Questions) allows you to create a 'Presence' in our Candidate Tracking System which makes us aware of your Career Interests and your interest in our company.

Once we have your application, it will be reviewed by one or more departments based on your experiences and skillsets. If you are selected to be interviewed, you will be sent additional pre-interview material to complete. Once everything has been completed, we will begin the interview process.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: High School or better.

Preferred: Associates or better. Bachelors or better. Community College/Vo-Tech or better. Technical/Other Training or better.

Experience:

Preferred: John H Carter Company and it's subsidiaries (ControlWorx and Process Pump & Equipment) prefer to hire candidates who have a background in both the role and the industrial space. While that preference is ideal - it does not mean that we do not consider Entry Level candidates or candidates from another space with similar role requirements.
