The IAM team is responsible for the governance enforcement of enterprise identities and access.Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on project experience, including technical design, implementation, maintenance, and maturing enterprise identity management/governance technologies2+ years’ experience working with IdentityIQHands-on experience integrating applications using a variety of standard connectors, building full lifecycle management workflows, and establishing RBAC/ABAC frameworksFamiliarity with Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, JSON and SQL scriptingExperience building custom SCIM, ReST and SOAP API connectors a plusFamiliarity with AWS and Azure platforms preferredExperience with ServiceNow platformBroad knowledge of identity and access data correlation, normalization, and building identity and access models and best practicesKnowledge of identity certification/attestation practicesCollaborative team playerHighly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business termsExcellent technical and system documentation skillsResults-driven, self-motivated, able to work in remote environmentA day in the life:Build and implement identity governance controls in development environments which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundationImplement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systemsFollow peer-review, validation and deployment proceduresSupport on-going operations enhancements and bug fixesCollaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle managementSupport unit and functional testing of developed artifactsSupport UAT testing with application teamsCollaborate closely with fellow IAM team, as well as key cybersecurity and Human Resource teams to support data integrity, regulatory and security requirementsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.Required Skills: Identity and Access Management (IAM)Basic Qualification:Additional Skills:This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
