Install and configure proprietary applications as neededFacilitate business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions with customer stakeholdersDefine appropriate data model and system architecture from business requirements workshopsCreate comprehensive technical documentation appropriate for both engineering and clients. This includes documentation mapping detailed (field level) data flowsCreate written recommendations, outlining multiple solution designs and considerations for each. Discuss data model considerations internally and with clientsDesign mockups of custom pagesRapidly prototype solutions and integrate feedback to support iterative development cyclesSales & PresalesFacilitate discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business processes, pain points, and goals, and translate those into Salesforce solution approachesLead technical discovery sessions and gap analyses to qualify opportunities and identify Industry Cloud, AppExchange, and custom configuration needsBuild and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments that showcase Salesforce capabilities against the prospect's use casesContribute to proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses, including solution narratives, scope definitions, assumptions, and level-of-effort estimatesServe as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, answering architecture, integration, data migration, and security questions from prospectsEstimate implementation effort and identify delivery risks to inform accurate pricing and timelinesSupport a smooth handoff from sales to delivery by documenting agreed-upon scope, requirements, and design decisionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 2 years relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) requiredProficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandToolsCertified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301) preferredExperience implementing databases and building custom applications on the salesforce platformExperience building simple decision models from complex logic requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google SheetAbility to travel as needed, approximately 5%The compensation range for this role is $85,910 - $162,890.
