American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of independent ER scanning experience for an overnight CT department role requiring ARRT and NYS licensure.
CT department at a hospital campus
Overnight shift schedule, 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Wednesday
Midnight technologist works independently from 10 PM to 7 AM with an imaging aide available for patient transport and movement
Must be able to scan independently and perform all CT exams for ER patients, excluding specialty scans such as virtual colonoscopy and cardiac CT
Uses Siemens Definition AS CT scanner, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS system
Christmas holiday coverage preferred
Minimum of 2 years CT Technologist experience required
ARRT certification required
NYS license required if applicable
NYS license to inject required if applicable
BLS/CPR certification required
Must be fully competent performing independent CT scans on ER patients
Perform CT scans independently for ER patients across a wide range of exam types
Collaborate with an imaging aide during overnight hours for patient transport and positioning
Radius requirement of 75 miles applies to this location
